«Egyszer volt az ember... Európa újjászületése» is the DVD of the animated documentary series created by Albert Barillé and narrated by Roger Carel.

This volume includes five episodes of the series: «Elizabethan England», «The Golden Age of the Netherlands», «The Great Reign of Louis XIV», «Peter the Great and His Era» and «The Age of Reason». European history is presented in animation, following a group of characters who reappear in different eras.

Produced by Procidis, the disc lasts 140 minutes, with 4:3 PAL picture and Dolby Digital 2.0 sound in Hungarian. It is the first installment of the «Once Upon a Time...» franchise.
