«Laurel & Hardy: Maritime Adventures – Classic Shorts» is a collection of classic short films by Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy on DVD (2004).
The volume brings together short films shot with Laurel and Hardy's characteristic slapstick humor, here playing sailors caught up in mishaps aboard ships and in ports. Among the included titles are 'Any Old Port', 'The Live Ghost' and 'Two Tars', examples of the duo's physical comedy.
The edition was published by Universal Pictures UK on a PAL-format DVD lasting about 182 minutes. Audio and subtitles are in English, with subtitles for the hearing impaired.
Suitable for all ages, it is aimed at fans of classic cinema and comedy from Hollywood's golden age.
