Synopsis of Made in U.S.A.

«Made in U.S.A.» is the French movie by Jean-Luc Godard (1967), starring Anna Karina, Marianne Faithfull and Jean-Pierre Léaud, on DVD.

Paula Nelson investigates the death of her lover in a political thriller plot that evokes the kidnapping and murder of Mehdi Ben Barka. Godard uses crime fiction to criticize American politics and consumerism, with a non-linear narrative and a visual composition built with typography and photography.
