«Mike Bassett: England Manager» is Steve Barron's comedy (2002), starring Ricky Tomlinson, Amanda Redman and Bradley Walsh, on DVD.
Mike Bassett, a coach with no elite experience and unorthodox methods, is appointed England manager after the previous coach suffers a heart attack. The British comedy follows his misadventures in charge of the team as he tries to qualify for a World Cup, with more chaos than success both on and off the field.
This edition is Region 2 and PAL format; audio is in English and Portuguese, with German subtitles.
Will appeal to fans of British comedy and football stories with a light-hearted touch.
