«Pack Jesucristo» is a double DVD with «Vida y Pasión de Cristo» (1907) and «Del Pesebre a la Cruz» (1912), by Lucien Nonguet, Ferdinand Zecca and Sidney Olcott.
The two silent films recreate the life of Jesus from birth to crucifixion. «Vida y Pasión de Cristo» premiered as a series of 18 tableaux later expanded to 31. «Del Pesebre a la Cruz», the first American production about Jesus, was shot in the Holy Land and its scenery evokes the watercolors of James Tissot.
Karma edition with 2 discs, PAL, region-free and Spanish subtitles.
For those interested in early cinema and film versions of the life of Christ.
