Synopsis of ¿Qué he hecho yo para merecer esto?

Gloria is a housewife in Madrid, addicted to amphetamines, who lives in a small apartment with her taxi driver husband, her mother-in-law, two problematic children, and a lizard. Her life is a constant struggle against frustration and lack of communication in her marriage, aggravated by the shadow of an old lover of her husband. This dramatic comedy by Pedro Almodóvar explores with black humor and acidity the daily life of a dysfunctional family in the 80s.
