«Quiero Vivir» is the 1958 movie by Robert Wise, starring Susan Hayward, Theodore Bikel and Simon Oakland, on DVD.
Based on the real case of Barbara Graham, the film follows a woman with a marginal past accused of killing an elderly widow. Although she proclaims her innocence, the press and public judge her in advance; the court sentences her to the gas chamber and the plot covers her attempts to bring out the truth as the execution approaches.
