«REC 2» is the horror movie by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza (2009), starring Jonathan Mellor, Manuela Velasco and Leticia Dolera, on DVD.
The story continues minutes after the end of «[REC]»: a GEOS unit enters the quarantined building to find out what has happened to the firefighters and the people still inside. The mission seems quick and simple, but what they find complicates the evacuation. This movie retains the found-footage aesthetic of «[REC]».
The special edition consists of two discs, with audio in Spanish (DTS 5.1) and PAL picture for region 2. Not recommended for under-18s.
Will appeal to horror fans who want the continuation of «[REC]» within the same building.
