In the small town of Tarker's Mills, a wave of brutal murders terrifies the residents and pressures Sheriff Joe Haller to find the culprit. Marty, a boy in a wheelchair, receives a motorbike from his uncle Red and, one night, wounds in the eye the creature that attacks him. With his sister Jane, he tries to convince his uncle that Reverend Lowe is the werewolf responsible.
