Spider

Synopsis of Spider

Dennis Cleg is a man in his thirties who has lived for twenty years in a halfway house for the mentally ill in London. Despite being diagnosed with acute schizophrenia, he has never been truly hospitalized, but now he begins to progressively lose touch with reality. This unsettling film directed by David Cronenberg explores the fragile psyche of its protagonist as he attempts to reconstruct fragments of his past.
