Synopsis of Süsü a Sárkány
Süsü a Sárkány es una serie de televisión húngara de marionetas, realizada entre 1976 y 1984 en Magyar Televízió. Realizada con técnica de marionetas de guante, el musical de marionetas, que también tuvo éxito internacional, se estrenó en la Navidad de 1977, y en la primera mitad de la década de 1980 se realizaron 8 episodios más. La historia de Süsü fue descubierta por la dramaturga Vera Takács a partir de una obra de radio del autor serbio Miroslav Nastosijevic (traducida por Ferenc Fehér), y se enamoró de ella a primera vista. Logró que la redacción principal de Magyar Televízió, encargada de realizar programas infantiles, incluyera en los planes la realización de una obra de marionetas musical basada en la historia de Süsü. István Csukás recibió el encargo de escribir el guion. El director Attila Szabó y el diseñador de marionetas Sándor Lévai también participaron en el trabajo. El Consejo Dramatúrgico aprobó el guion de la historia de Süsü, a sárkány el 22 de noviembre de 1974.
