For many, To The Manor Born was the definitive comedy series of the 80s, pitting one of Britain's best-loved actresses, Penelope Keith, against the legendary charmer Peter Bowles in a comedy of class and culture. This 2007 25th Anniversary Christmas special sees the original stars reunited for a final, one-off episode. The special explores whether the years have been kind to the relationship between Audrey fforbes-Hamilton and Richard DeVere, and if the class divides and prejudices have been overcome in this heartwarming comedy classic.
