«Un muerto recalcitrante» is the 1959 movie by George Marshall, starring Glenn Ford, Debbie Reynolds and Carl Reiner, on DVD.
A police comedy from the fifties that combines mystery with light humor: a story of mix-ups where the protagonist faces an increasingly complicated situation and characters who only add confusion. The dialogue and misunderstandings sustain the tension until a denouement that blends intrigue and laughter.
