Based on a true story, this film tells the experience of two Jewish brothers, Maurice and Joseph Joffo, during the Nazi occupation in France. To avoid being deported to concentration camps, they must separate from their family and, with great cunning, courage and ingenuity, try to reach the free zone of southern France to reunite with their loved ones. A moving story of survival and brotherhood in times of war.
