Wolf Children is an anime film directed by Mamoru Hosoda. The story follows Hana, a young student who falls in love with a werewolf and has two children with him, Ame and Yuki, who inherit the ability to transform into wolves. After their father's sudden death, Hana moves to the countryside to raise her children in secret and give them the freedom to choose their own path: to live as humans or as wolves. The film explores themes of love, family, and the search for identity in a world that doesn't always understand what is different.
