«Cuerpo, Mente & Vida: Cuida lo que comes» is an educational simulation game for Wii published by Digital Bros.
The game aims to achieve the ideal weight by combining exercise and diet from home. The Wii acts as a personal trainer: meals and activities are logged, calories consumed and burned are compared, weight is recorded with the Wii Balance Board, and the nutritional value of hundreds of foods can be consulted. Up to four profiles can be created.
The game has a PEGI 3 rating, is a PAL edition with Spanish texts, and was released in 2009.
Suitable for all ages, designed for those who want to start taking care of their diet and exercise at home.
