«Sim Tower - The Vertical Empire» is the simulation game by Maxis for PC.
The player designs and manages a large vertical building: deciding which floors to build, which services to install, and which tenants or businesses to admit. The challenge is keeping occupants satisfied while also making a profit, managing elevator traffic, security, and general maintenance of the tower.
Published in 1994, the game came to PC on CD-ROM; the cover features the subtitle «The City's Growth».
Ideal for fans of simulation and city or building management, especially those who enjoy classic strategy titles from the nineties.
