«Your Shape: Fitness Evolved» is the fitness and simulation game from Ubisoft for Xbox 360, with Kinect sensor control.
The game creates a personalized training program based on the player's level and goals, which updates with their progress. The routines, created with Men's Health and Women's Health, include angle, position, balance and strength exercises. The Kinect sensor captures every movement and corrects the execution.
Developed by Ubisoft, requires the Kinect sensor and supports 1 to 4 players. Compatible with HD TV 720p/1080i/1080p and Dolby Digital sound.
Suitable for those who want to train at home with Xbox 360 and seek a guided program that adapts to their level.
