«A Cau d'Orella» is the habaneras and folk music album by Grup Port-Bo, released in 1997 by Picap on CD.
The album brings together habaneras and songs of seafaring tradition sung in Catalan, such as «Habaneras de Cádiz», «La Golondrina» and «La Barca Xica». Across its fifteen tracks, voices and guitars recreate the atmosphere of ports, with evocations of the sea and sailing.
Recorded at Estudios Montseny between October 1996 and March 1997, with arrangements by Carles Casanovas. Distribution by Actual Records Distribució S.L.
For listeners of Catalan folk music and habaneras, especially those who appreciate repertoire with maritime roots.
