«A Dead Heavy Day» is the album by Finnish gothic metal band Poisonblack, released in 2008 by Century Media as a limited CD+DVD edition.
The record develops a gothic metal rooted in heavy metal: dense guitars, slow passages and a dark, melancholic atmosphere. The songs alternate intensity and restraint, and the whole maintains a somber tone that evokes gothic rock and heavy metal.
Limited digipak edition for the European market: CD with 12 tracks and DVD with a live acoustic set.
For fans of gothic metal and heavy metal, especially those who value the Finnish scene.
