«A Kind of Magic» is the twelfth studio album by Queen, released in 1986 on Parlophone, on CD.
Linked to the movie Highlander, for which Queen composed several tracks, this album is considered its unofficial soundtrack. The album combines melodic rock, synthesizers and symphonic arrangements, and includes songs such as «One Vision», «Who Wants to Live Forever» and «A Kind of Magic».
The CD contains a single disc and the production was handled by Queen together with David Richards.
Recommended for fans of Queen, of eighties melodic rock and of movie soundtracks.
