«A Point Too Far To Astronaut» is the album by Telephone Jim Jesus, released in 2004 on Anticon, on CD.
The album combines electronics and instrumental hip hop with an experimental approach and an atmospheric character. Tracks like «failure to fly», «struck by falling objects» and «blue in the face» show that abstract side, between synthetic textures and rhythm beds.
The CD edition gathers 16 tracks and corresponds to catalogue reference abr0046 from Anticon.
For listeners of experimental electronics and instrumental hip hop, especially those following Anticon's mid-2000s catalogue.
