«Aero» is the electronic music album by Jean-Michel Jarre, released in 2004 by Warner Music France on CD and DVD.
The project reinterprets Jarre classics such as «Oxygene 2», «Equinoxe 8» or «Souvenir of China» and combines them with new compositions. On the DVD, the 5.1 music is accompanied by a close-up of eyes that react to each track, a continuous audiovisual proposal.
The CD is in Super Stereo and the DVD in 5.1: 15 tracks on the CD, 26 on the DVD, with «Rendez-Vous 4 (live version)» as an extra. Produced by Jean-Michel Jarre; recorded at Studio La Coupole, Paris.
For fans of ambient electronic music and editions that integrate image and surround sound.
