«Avalon» is the album by Roxy Music, originally released in 1982 by E.G., on CD.
«Avalon» shows Roxy Music at their most refined: elegant pop rock, enveloping atmospheres and smooth melodies with synthesizers. Tracks like «More Than This» and the title song reflect that sophisticated, melancholic tone.
«Avalon» is the eighth and final studio album by Roxy Music, recorded in Nassau (Bahamas) between 1981 and 1982, with ten songs, and reached number one on the UK charts.
For fans of Roxy Music and elegant eighties pop rock who value carefully crafted atmospheres and smooth melodies.
