«Ballads» is a compilation album by Custer LaRue, released in 1999 on the Dorian Sono Luminus label on CD.
The album brings together traditional ballads and melodies performed by Custer LaRue, with a high-pitched voice of great expressive power. The repertoire combines lullabies and folk songs in English and French, largely drawn from the popular songbook of early America, and reflects the folk-close style that characterizes the artist.
