«Bangkok 2002» is the intercontinental lounge compilation by various artists, released on CD as the second volume of the «Asian Trip» series.
A selection of chill out and downtempo that recreates Bangkok's lounge atmosphere as a crossroads of cultures. Includes «Ei 68 (Asiatic vibe)» by Samco, «Mysterious (From the Moonlight)» by The Def Man vs. Archi Seb, and «Kisses for Me (British influence)» by K-West featuring Alexia Waku, along with house and dance-pop tracks with ethnic influences.
The back cover text, signed by Gerald Wittock, states that Tokyo 2001 was the first stop of the journey; the credits mention Zeta Zero and Follow Up.
For those seeking ambient music for travel and relaxation, with a touch of cultural fusion.
