«Barton Hollow» is the album by The Civil Wars, released in 2011 on Sensibility Music, on CD.
The American duo The Civil Wars combine folk, country and pop in this work, with a melancholic tone and highly polished vocal harmonies. Their intimate lyrics and the closeness between the two voices define songs such as «Poison & Wine», «Barton Hollow» and «Birds of a Feather».
The CD was presented in a digipak and contains twelve songs; it won the Grammy for Best Folk Album in 2012.
For fans of folk, country and vocal harmonies with a pop sensibility.
