«Brits 25» is the various-artists compilation released in 2005 by BMG, in a 2 CD + DVD edition.
Marking the 25th anniversary of the Brit Awards, it brings together on two CDs pop, rock, R&B and hip-hop hits from the mid-2000s, such as «Somewhere Only We Know» by Keane, «Take Me Out» by Franz Ferdinand and «Run» by Snow Patrol; the DVD adds the music videos from that year.
The edition consists of three discs: two CDs with 40 songs (20 per disc) and a PAL DVD; performers include Robbie Williams, Beyoncé, Muse and The Libertines.
For fans of 2000s British pop-rock and music award ceremonies.
