A compilation of ambient electronic music evoking the desert: its tracks combine new age, downtempo and ambient textures with soft melodies and slow rhythms. The music celebrates silence and natural life, building serene soundscapes intended for meditation, reading or rest.
1997 Dutch edition, catalogue number DC 881942, part of The Dream Collection series. The cover shows a photograph of orange-toned dunes with a snake in the foreground.
For those seeking relaxing ambient music, especially new age and downtempo listeners who want a calm sonic backdrop to meditate or unwind.
