«El Arte del Sabor» is the Latin jazz album by Bebo Valdés Trío, released in 2001 by Lola Records on CD.
The repertoire mixes Cuban son and Latin jazz in pieces such as «Lamento Cubano», «Son de la Loma» and a version of «Route 66». Bebo Valdés on piano, Israel López «Cachao» on double bass and Carlos «Patato» Valdés on percussion form the trio, with Paquito D'Rivera as special guest.
Recorded at Current Sounds studios in New York in March 2000 and produced by Nat Chediak. The CD includes 17 tracks.
