«El gran ball» is the album by Txarango, released in 2021 by Halley Records on CD.
The album presents a great collective dance around the bonfire and brings together Txarango with their J. Familia and a wide roster of guests: Joan Garriga, Gerard Quintana, Stay Homas, Zoo, Jarabe de Palo and Ana Tijoux, among others. Songs like «La Foguera», «Que tot et vagi bé» and «Som foc» condense that festive and communal spirit, with lyrics in Catalan.
Limited edition double CD, released on June 14, 2021, with songs in Catalan.
Of interest to fans of Txarango, festive Catalan music and collaborative albums with a long list of guest artists.
