«El Rap Del Elefante» is a various-artists compilation, released in 1998 by Darsha Music and Universal Music, on CD.
This compilation brings together several performers in a selection of tracks combining rap and hip-hop with electronic beats and pop melodies. The set adopts a dance-pop style and a production aimed at the Spanish audience of the late nineties; the cover, with a rapping elephant on a brick wall, reinforces that lighthearted tone.
Single-disc CD edition, catalogue number DHD76135, released in Spain. The songs are in Spanish.
Aimed at fans of dance-pop and hip-hop looking for a sampler of the Spanish pop-electronic sound of the late nineties.
