«Every Man and Woman Is a Star» is the album by British electronic music duo Ultramarine, released in 1992 by Rough Trade on CD.
The album combines soft electronic rhythms with folk and acoustic instrumentation, such as guitars, harmonicas and clarinets, and builds a bucolic, summery atmosphere far from the dance floor. Its sound, close to ambient and Balearic, is exemplified in tracks like «Stella» and «British Summertime».
Second studio album by Ultramarine, reissued on CD by Rough Trade in 1992; British edition with catalog number R2892.
For fans of ambient and Balearic electronic music who appreciate the fusion with folk and acoustic sounds.
