«Exile on Main Street» is the album by The Rolling Stones, released in 1994 by Virgin on CD.
«Exile on Main Street» reflects The Rolling Stones' turbulent moment with a raw, eclectic sound blending rock, blues and country; the lyrics have an introspective tone and the recording feels spontaneous. Tracks like «Happy», «Ventilator Blues» and «Shine a Light» show that variety.
The original 1972 edition was a double LP; this remastered reissue is presented on a single CD.
For fans of classic rock and early-seventies Rolling Stones.
