«Fijación Oral Vol. 1» is the album by Colombian singer Shakira, released in 2005 by Sony Music Entertainment, on CD with an additional DVD.
«Fijación Oral Vol. 1», sung in Spanish, opens the bilingual project Shakira recorded after her last world tour; it blends pop, rock and Latin rhythms and addresses love, desire and femininity. It includes «La Tortura» as a duet with Alejandro Sanz, as well as «Día de Enero» and «No», and the second part of the project arrived that same year in English.
It is Shakira's sixth studio album; this limited edition adds a DVD with interviews and behind-the-scenes material.
For Shakira fans and Latin pop enthusiasts looking for the first Spanish-language installment of the 2005 Fijación Oral project.
