«Flores y malas hierbas» is the debut album by La Canalla, released in 2009 on CD.
The Cádiz-based band La Canalla fuses copla, bolero, jazz, swing and rock into a sound they call 'contemporary copla' or 'rascal jazz'; their urban, ironic lyrics portray everyday stories. Tracks include 'Candela' and 'Tito wanted'.
The CD includes 12 tracks, with collaborations from Muchachito Bombo Infierno and Tito Alcedo.
Will appeal to fans of copla, bolero, jazz and Spanish pop rock.
