«United Future Organization» is the acid jazz album by the band United Future Organization, released in 1994 by Talking Loud on CD.
The Japanese group United Future Organization combines jazz, funk and electronics with nods to Latin and African music. Instrumental tracks alternate with vocal pieces, such as «The Sixth Sense», «On Est Ensemble Sans Se Parler L.O.V.E.» and «Poetry And All That Jazz», the latter with text by Jack Kerouac. The result is a representative sample of the acid jazz and trip hop sound of the early nineties.
The album was released under the labels Talkin' Loud and Brownswood Records, with production by the group itself.
Recommended for listeners interested in acid jazz and nineties electronic music with an eclectic, danceable spirit.
