«Il mucchio» is the fifth album by Italian singer-songwriter Biagio Antonacci, released in 1996 by Mercury Italy on CD.
The album combines soft rock and vocal pop, with Biagio Antonacci on piano. It includes the single «Se è vero che ci sei», which became a classic of Biagio Antonacci, along with «In una stanza quasi rosa» and «Così presto no». Mel Gaynor, of Simple Minds, plays drums on «Se è vero che ci sei», and Luca Carboni co-writes another of the songs.
It is the first record on which Antonacci participates as arranger and producer, alongside Fabio Coppini and Stefano De Maio; it was released on September 16, 1996.
A record for those who appreciate Italian pop rock of the nineties and the work of Biagio Antonacci.
