«Intimacy» is the third studio album by Bloc Party, released in 2008 on Wichita Recordings, on CD.
Intimacy represents a shift towards a more experimental and electronic sound, with elements of electro and dance-punk on the basis of Bloc Party's indie rock. The lyrics address relationships, vulnerability and the complexity of human emotions, with songs such as «Mercury» and «Talons».
