«Jo Competeixo» is the album by Manel, released in 2016, on CD.
Jo Competeixo is Manel's fourth album and the first the group recorded with a producer, Jake Aron. The eleven songs are sung in Catalan and sound like contemporary pop rock with electronic touches. Among the tracks, the single «Sabotatge», «BBVA» and «La serotonina» stand out.
The album was recorded at Dreamland Studios, near Woodstock, and Doctor Wu's, in Brooklyn; mastered by Chris Gehringer at Sterling Sound. The edition is a CD Digipak.
