«Life» is the album by Simply Red, released in 1995 on East/West Records, on CD.
The album proposes a pop rock and soul sound with electronic touches, representative of the mid-nineties. It includes the single «Fairground», Simply Red's first number one in the UK, and combines emotive ballads with more rhythmic, danceable tracks.
Produced by Mick Hucknall and Stewart Levine, it featured Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare among the musicians.
For fans of Simply Red and of 90s pop rock and soul.
