«Lonji» is the traditional Cape Verdean music album by Tcheka, released on CD by Lusafrica in 2007.
Produced by Lenine, the album showcases Tcheka's mastery on guitar and his fusion of traditional rhythms from the island of Santiago with modern influences. The cover, featuring the musician against a rocky landscape, accompanies a sonic proposal that offers an innovative vision of creoleness and celebrates Cape Verdean identity.
