«Marlango» is the self-titled debut album by Spanish group Marlango, released in 2004 by Subterfuge Records on CD.
Marlango's debut album moves between jazz, funk/soul and pop, with a soft sound close to smooth jazz. Among the songs that make it up are «31 Avril», «La Baleine» and «Mire». The cover, with a star map and three people, evokes an astronomical aesthetic that accompanies the music.
The CD contains a single disc and was released in Spain by the label Subterfuge Records; the catalog number of the edition is 21392CD.
Aimed at listeners of melodic jazz, pop and funk/soul, especially those looking for records from the Spanish scene of the 2000s.
