«Minor Earth, Major Sky» is the studio album by Norwegian band a-ha, released on CD in 2000 by WEA International (Warner).
The sixth studio album by a-ha, leaders of eighties synth-pop, shows them in a more mature and electric phase, combining synthesizers, guitars and reflective ballads. It is a work that moves between melodic pop, pop rock and soft rock, with songs like «Summer moved on», «Little black heart» or «Velvet», and a new-millennium production that updates their sound without losing their identity.
Album on CD with 13 tracks, including «Minor Earth Major Sky», «Summer moved on», «Velvet», «I Wish I Cared» and «Mary Ellen Makes the Moment Count».
Aimed at a-ha fans and audiences of electronic pop and pop rock from the late nineties and early 2000s.
