«New Green Clear Blue» is the album by Dan Hartman, released in 1989, on CD.
An instrumental electronic work of an ambient nature: its synthesizers create serene and enveloping soundscapes, far from the pop and soul of Hartman's earlier work. The cover, with an underwater photograph in turquoise blue, reinforces that atmosphere.
European edition with catalogue number 259 937; released under the Private Music and BMG Records labels.
A record for fans of ambient electronic music and the synthesised textures of the 1980s.
