«No Pussyfooting» is the experimental and ambient music album by Robert Fripp and Brian Eno, originally released in 1973 and reissued on CD.
Fripp and Eno build an experimental work from tape loops and sound processing, generating layers of electronic textures that lead to ambient landscapes. The focus is on the slow evolution of timbres and resonances; their approach influenced later electronic and ambient music.
Original release in 1973; this CD reissue is a single disc with catalogue number EEGCD 2 and was distributed by Virgin.
A reference work for ambient collectors and for those interested in the origins of sonic experimentation.
