«O Sister Where Art Thou?» is a various artists compilation album, released in 2002 by Wea as a double CD.
A compilation inspired by the atmosphere of «O Brother, Where Art Thou?», though not part of its soundtrack. It brings together modern recordings of American roots music, with country, bluegrass, blues and religious songs, performed by female artists and a sound evocative of the Great Depression.

For those seeking the sound of «O Brother, Where Art Thou?» in a country and bluegrass compilation with female voices.
