«Oc» is the Occitan folk music album by the group Oc, released in 2006 by CS Prod / Dgd on CD.
The album brings together thirteen tracks in Occitan that reinterpret the musical memory of Occitania with ancient and electronic instruments; Christian Sales himself describes them as the music that thirteenth-century troubadours would have made with third-millennium means. Notable pieces include «Canso d’Amor», «Terra d’Oc» and «Legend d’Oc».
The edition is a CD that includes multimedia content for PC/Mac, within the Ravines Occitanes collection (reference 11347).
Suitable for fans of European folk and Occitan roots music.
