«Off Yonder Wall» is the blues album by Jelly Roll Kings, released on CD in 2012.
Roots blues with a direct, unpolished sound, close to Mississippi country-blues: original songs and versions of classics like «That's Alright Mama», «Baby Please Don't Go» and «Sitting on Top of the World». Big Jack Johnson's guitar, Frank Frost's harmonica and Sam Carr's drums sustain a repertoire made for juke joints.
Produced by Robert Palmer; CD edition with a single disc.
For listeners seeking direct, unadorned blues with the atmosphere of the old Mississippi juke joints.
