«Oscar Peterson & Harry Edison» is the eponymous jazz album by Oscar Peterson and Harry 'Sweets' Edison, released in 1992 by Concord Records on CD.
A meeting of two jazz figures: Oscar Peterson's piano and Harry Edison's trumpet converse through standards with relaxed, elegant swing. The result is an intimate, sophisticated session, with performances like 'Easy Living' and 'Days of Wine and Roses'.
Recorded in 1974 and remastered, this CD was reissued in the Original Jazz Classics series, produced by Norman Granz.
For fans of classic jazz and swing, especially those who value piano and trumpet duos.
